Isobar was selected by Google’s Advanced Technologies and Products (ATAP) to re-imagine the relationship between customers and product services. A team of experience designers, system architects and business strategists collaborated to make Project Ara, a modular mobile phone, a truly Google-built product. The product included maker-inspired mass-customization, AI (machine learning) device health and self-healing properties, and omni-channel support.We helped detail the customer experience through every step of their journey, from sales through support for a new device.
